Carbide insert blade is a common mechanical cutting tool. It is composed of carbide insert blades with high hardness, toughness, and wear resistance, which can be indexable during use to extend its service life. The insert blade to be easily replaced after use, thereby saving time and cost for replacement and grinding. Carbide insert blades come in many different shapes and sizes and can be used for various types of cutting and machining applications. They usually consist of a blade body, a positioning cone, and a clamping screw. When installing the blade, the clamping screw is tightened in the center hole of the positioning cone, thereby fixing the blade on the cutting head. Reversible alloy disposable blades are widely used in many industries, such as metal processing, machinery manufacturing, automobile industry, aviation and space industry industry, to reduce problems and costs caused by process flow.
